Israel/Palestine studies. Moshe Behar participated the inaugural conference of the European Non-Territorial Autonomy Network (ENTAN) that gathered in Belgrade on 22-23 November. The title of Behar's paper was "Can the concept of Non-Territorial Autonomy refine the (post-Oslo) debate between Liberals and Bi-Nationalists over a single non-partitioned state in Israel/Palestine?".
