The Persecution and Extermination of the European Jews by Nazi Germany 1933–1945. Jean-Marc Dreyfus has co-edited with Katja Happe and Maja Peers volume 5 (Western and Northern Europe 1940 – June 1942) of this German multi-volume study of the Holocaust. Further information.
